Christophe and Mathis are passionate artisan winemakers and conscientious vine growers who lovingly make and blend vintages at our winery.
From painstakingly picking the grapes by hand and pressing to the formation of bubbles, disgorgement and shipment, we put the utmost care into making and ageing our wine.
Depending on the blend, every vintage is stored in our dark cellars for 2-5 years, sometimes in oak barrels, until it reaches the right age.
