The Prévoteau-Perrier family make their wine from 30 hectares (inc. 22ha freehold) in Damery, deep in the Champagne region. Their abundant supply of grapes provides each vintage with consistency and diversity.
The vineyard lies on the edge of the Marne Valley (Damery and the surrounding villages), Côteaux Sud d’Epernay and in Chouilly Grand Cru, renowned for its Chardonnay. Grapes from Mesnil sur Oger Grand Cru are also used for blends.
The family are nature lovers who take care of the environment and have always used traditional tillage methods, using forks to turn over the soil and keep weeds to a minimum.
